Policies

Return policy:  August 28, 2016, Bringing Home Baby will no longer be taking returns on any previously purchased merchandise.

Order Cancellation:  There is no penalty for cancelling an order before shipment is made.  However, once your items have shipped, the order is subject to the returns policy.

Shipping:  We ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail.  You should receive an email when your order is packed with a tracking number.  If you do not, please contact us for your tracking number.  We strive to ship out orders the next business day.  However, we are closed for all business and electronic communication on Saturdays and some holidays.  Orders place on Friday or Saturday may not ship until Monday.

Special orders:  Because space is limited in our physical shop, we may not carry all currently offered colors or prints by each manufacturer.  However, we may be able to special order your item.  Please contact us to discuss a special order.  Special orders must be paid in advance and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

International Shipping:  Some of our products may not be shipped outside of the United States, but there are many that can be.  If you would like a product to be shipped internationally, please send us an email to inquire.  If we can ship to you, we’ll provide a custom shipping quote equal to the actual USPS Priority Mail rate less a US$5.00 discount.  A separate invoice for the shipping cost will be created.  Please note that although most international packages do arrive within one week, they may take up to 30 days.

Flat rate $6.95 shipping for any order to US addresses. We collect sales tax only on items shipping to Maryland. Please contact us for international orders.
